WHAT SORT OF EXERCISES ARE THEY? I HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES, WILL I BE ABLE TO DO THEM?

The exercises are based on the Buteyko Breathing Method with additional muscle retraining exercises. Some of them require walking, some can be performed sitting up or lying down. We ALWAYS work with the client’s circumstances and adapt the program to their needs.

DO YOU HAVE A SPIROMETER?

I do not work with a spirometer. However, we use various measurements to track the progress for people with asthma: respiration rate, range of motion of the respiratory muscles, oxygen saturation (oxymeter).

HOW MUCH TIME WILL I NEED TO DO THE BREATHING EXERCISES AT HOME?

15 minutes at least twice daily

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT THE RESULT?

It is very individual and will depend on your current state of health and your diligence with doing the exercises daily

CAN SLEEP APNOEA IMPROVE ON THE PROGRAM?
