We offer health consultations for those who want to be in control of their health, pro-active about their health and see benefits from working with an alternative health practitioner. Our primary focus is on respiratory and emotional health, though we help people with other health problems as well. We provide online and face-to-face education and workshop facilitation.
Our service will not be suitable for those who seek quick solutions for their chronic health issues.
In our practice we do not tolerate racism, discrimination by gender, age, sexual orientation, religious beliefs.

Payment Terms
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Cash, credit or debit cards are accepted for our naturopathic and functional breathing education services. On the spot bank transfers are acceptable as well.
Online bookings require full pre-payment, $50 out of which become non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time or in case of a no-show.
PAYMENT PLANS
We understand that there are special circumstances where people are passionate to restore their health, but their financial situation does not allow them to pay for our services upfront. We decide on case-by-case basis whether a payment plan can be arranged. Payment plans are not available for prescribed remedies.
SECURITY POLICY
We do not keep record of my clients’ credit card details. Online payments are done via secure portals with encryption protection.
Shipping and Delivery
SHIPPING
When we prescribe supplements other than liquid herbs, we set up an account for you with an online dispensary we work with or a manufacturer or a warehouse, and they directly charge and ship products to you.
If we provide a phone or online consultation and need to dispense liquid herbs, flower essences or homeopathic remedies to you, we use Australia Post services and their Express post charges apply. We do my best to ensure the packaging is suitable and the parcel reaches you intact.
DELIVERY
We offer naturopathic consultations and Functional Breathing courses face-to-face in Melbourne (Ringwood and Upwey clinics) or via Zoom or phone.
If you opt for an online functional breathing session, we will email and sms you a link for our Zoom call. You will need a working video camera on your phone or webcam on your computer to be able to participate in the functional breathing sessions.
For naturopathic consultations you can choose phone, Zoom or face-to-face option.
All relevant information will be emailed or sent as an sms prior to your appointment.
Returns Policy
CHANGE OF MIND
You can cancel you appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without any cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hour of the booked appointment time will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
You cannot change your mind and bring back for refund your prescription supplements, herbal or aromatherapy blends, homeopathic remedies or flower essences. They are non-refundable.
Consumer Guarantees
MINOR PROBLEM
If you purchased a webinar and the link is not working, please, let us know as soon as possible and we will get my tech team to correct that.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment due to an illness, we will reschedule without a no-show fee. The fee will be retained though if you choose to cancel the appointment within 24 hours from the scheduled time as per our Cancellation policy.
MAJOR PROBLEM
Always consult with your primary healthcare provider when coming to see us for a chronic respiratory disease. It is our goal to collaborate with primary healthcare providers and specialists to achieve the best results possible for our clients.
When in doubt, always get a second or third opinion.
If you decide to discontinue our Functional Breathing course, or a webinar series you pre-paid for, you can request a refund and state a reason for your request. In some circumstances we can partially refund your purchase, especially for the Functional breathing re-education. For online educational products we do not issue a refund.

We encourage respectful communication between us and our clients via this website (Contact Us page), our Facebook or Instagram page, email or over the phone. We retain the right to delete unacceptable comments or do not reply to rude, offensive and generally disrespectful emails, calls or comments on the website or our social media.
Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
JURISDICTION
Oxygen Revolution is located in Victoria, Australia. This agreement is subject to the governing law of Victoria.
NEGOTIATION
If you have any issue or complaint arising our of your use of this website or these terms and conditions, you and Julia Rudakova/ Oxygen Revolution agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.
MEDIATION
If we are unable to resolve the dispute within 14 days, please access the complaints process provided by the Complimentary Medicine Association: https://cma.asn.au/about-cma/complaints-procedure/
LITIGATION
It is a condition precedent to the right of either party to commence litigation other than for interlocutory relief that it has first offered to submit the dispute to mediation. Litigation is to be considered a last resort and may not be commenced until the complaint process through CMA is complete.
